What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices on the BandSam store are listed in USD (United States Dollars). However, depending on your location, you may see prices automatically converted into your local currency for your convenience. Please note that checkout will still be processed in USD, and any currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience:

Important Notes:

  1. Your card information is processed securely, and Bandsam does not store any of your personal payment details.

Why did my payment fail or get rejected?

Is my discount still valid if I make a return?

Our discount codes are one-time use only. If you return an item you bought with a discount code, the code won't be reusable and any points earned from that purchase will be deducted.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email info@bandsam.com for confirmation. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation if your order is already being processed.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Can I exchange my order/address?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you would like to update the style/color/size or shipping address, please send us an email at info@bandsam.com with your new info before the parcel is shipped.

Will I be charged for duties & taxes?

For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. In certain countries, customers will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging. For complete details, please refer to our return policy.
We are not offering exchanges at the moment. You will need to return the item you would like to exchange and then place a new order for the items you want.

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 days if you request to cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse.
For refunds on returned parcels, please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the package shows delivered. You'll be notified by email when the refund is issued. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@bandsam.com for assistance.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Do you ship internationally?

We are delighted to provide FREE worldwide shipping to most countries for orders over USD 50 (excluding taxes, duties, and international processing fees). Please contact us at info@bandsam.com to find out the specific shipping costs for your location.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email containing tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched. If you have not received the email, please contact us at info@bandsam.com to check the status of your package. To track the status of your order, please click here. 

How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time for your order may vary depending on your location, ranging from 2 to 30 days. For more specific information regarding the estimated delivery time for your area, please enter your address details at the checkout section or you can email us at info@bandsam.com

Why is my order not arriving within the estimated timeframe?

We work hard to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched quickly. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and subject to third party services.

Please note that processing delays resulting from customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit errors are beyond our control. We will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the wrong address is provided, Bandsam may not be able to offer reimbursement for the package.
